17px;">1、见习期限一般为3至12个月，见习生活补贴每人每月1200元，见习单位可在政府补贴的基础上增发生活补助。见习生活补贴实行先垫后补的方法，见习单位按月通过银行卡向见习人员发放，见习结束后，见习单位按规定向人社部门一次性申请拨付见习人员生活补贴。见习留用率达到50%的见习单位，可凭见习人员留用名册、劳动合同复印件等相关手续申请每人2000元的一次性留用补贴。</span></section><section
