padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 18px;">7月9日和16日，阳光报两次前往群众反映的路段采访，在346国道平利县老县镇，震耳的运输石料超载车一辆接着一辆呼啸而过，随风弥漫的灰尘挡住了视线，被碾烂的路面和路面抛撒的石子，其场景不堪入目。清扫公路的平利县公路局稻草街道班工作人员简福顺说：这些车超载太严重了，天气好时，这条路上一天就有一百多辆运输石料的大货车，司机每天只跑一趟，天不见亮就从安康赶到平利石料场，都拼命地装运，一般核载30吨位的车都装运七八十吨，路面抛撒的石子多厚一层，给他们带来了很大的工作量，前脚扫上走，后面又撒一路，造成很大的交通安全隐患，他们向上级反映了，交警、路政每天上路执法根本管不住，原因是每个运输石料货车司机都带有对讲机相互通风报信躲避交警、路政执法人员的检查。</span></section><section style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 18px;">在平利县女娲山至西河公路的十字路口，女娲山村二组村民李某指着公路中间被碾烂的大坑抱怨：2018年才硬化的这条路都让运输石料的车压烂完了，一天到晚运输石料的车就没有停过，都是装得满满的，白天灰尘大，晚上噪音大，搞得他们吃不好也睡不好，压得路上全是大坑小坑的，害怕摔到坑里让他们都不敢大胆走路。提起超载过往的运输石料车，东河村5组良君超市的谢某更是气愤，因为从她家门前经过的硬化公路早已被运输石料车碾得稀泥老烂，坑坑洼洼的积满雨水，下雨天一不小心溅得满身是泥，天晴更是糟糕，运输石料的车辆一过，随风而起的灰尘顿时席卷了整个房屋，满屋子灰根本无法张开嘴鼻。当然在这里，受此困扰的不止谢某一家，还有公路两旁的数十户村民百姓都为此遭殃。东河村邓支书告诉:村上也接到了群众的反映，要是村道，村上早就治理了，但这是一条县道，县交通部门也正在规划想办法。他说造成路烂、噪音大、灰尘大的主要原因是女娲山有个石料场有一个车队，每天有20辆大货车往安康运输石料，如果这些车都按照核载的吨位装运，这条路就不至于烂成这样。</span></section><section style="margin: 0px;
