border-box;">在党史学习教育和队伍教育整顿中，平利县检察院坚持把“我为群众办实事”作为检验工作成效的“试金石”，切实发挥检察职能，把为民实事、好事做到群众心坎上。近日，平利县人民检察院第二检察部干警统筹安排分组分片深入县城及部分乡镇多家液化石油<span style="text-indent: 2em;">气</span><span style="text-indent: 2em;">供应站、配送服务点进行现场走访调查，发现辖区内各瓶装液化气供应站整体管理较规范，营业手续齐全，但存在部分经营销售人员安全意识不足、部分钢瓶（煤气罐）磨损严重、钢瓶（煤气罐）储存位置不规范、消防措施设施不到位等安全隐患。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">针对现场调查发现的问题，平利县检察院第二检察部迅速召开部门工作会。细致分析研判，精准对位法律法规，向相关行政主管部门制发行政公益诉讼诉前检察建议4份，建议其加强对瓶装液化石油气存储、经营等环节的监管，对县域内销售点进行全面排查及消防安全检查，对存在的消防安全隐患进行整改，及时消除辖区内瓶装液化气（煤气罐）销售点存在的消防安全隐患，确保广大人民群众的生命财产安全。</p><p>下一步平利县检察院将持续跟进监督，不定期走访各家瓶装液化气供应站，及时了解被建议的行政机关落实整改情况，最大限度消除瓶装液化气销售行业安全隐患，守护人民群众美好生活，为平安平利、平利平安贡献检察力量</p><link
