!important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">宿舍不大,家具家电基本齐全。“我们正在新建36间教师宿舍,都带独立洗手间。”老县镇中心小学校长吴锦鹏说。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">跟赵永霞一样,吴凡也在农村坚守多年。11年前,当他来到连吃水都成问题的安康市汉滨区瀛湖镇瀛湖小学学房教学点时,看着土操场、两排平房、“屈指可数”的教学设备,心里不是滋味。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“可当我走进教室,看到孩子们渴求知识的双眼是那么热切,所有的一切都释然了。”吴凡说。如今,学校面貌焕然一新。</span></p><section style="max-width: 100%;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">在吴凡所在的教学点,平均1名老师教5名学生,轻松吗?也并不是,全校49名学生分布在7个年级(含附设幼儿园),人数最多的一个年级只有8人。站上讲台,每人都是“全科教师”。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">安康市的一间会议室里,来自各区县的乡村教师各抒己见。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“拿汉阴县来说,边远山区的教师各项生活补助、津贴加起来,能比城里教师多拿将近2000块钱。”</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“越来越多的年轻人加入我们,带来了源头活水。”</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“前几年总盼着有个机会调到城里,现在觉得在农村挺好,工资待遇比城里高。”</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">来自教育部的数据显示,截至2020年底,全国725个连片特困地区县均实施了乡村教师生活补助政策,惠及约8万所乡村学校129.8万名乡村教师,人均月补助标准提高到375元,基本形成了“学校越偏远、条件越艰苦,待遇越高”的乡村教师待遇格局。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">发愁的事也不少。最让吴锦鹏校长遗憾的,莫过于学校的一名省级教学能手、两名市级教学能手到市里工作了。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“学校留不住人,从乡镇到县、市,好一点的老师层层拔。”一位教龄29年的乡村教师感慨。“我们山区县招不来人,留不住人。全县每年流失骨干老师20名以上,有的省教学能手啥都不要,有了机会直接就走。”平利县教体局副局长王迪富说。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">优秀的教师容易流失,留下来的教师也有困难。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“我工作近30年,仍是一级教师。全县还有不少临退休还是二级教师的乡村教师。”</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">“老师的责任大,从校园安全、教学质量到控辍保学,不能出一点问题,我整天担心出现这事那事,压力特别大。”</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">尽管乡村学校已成为“当地最美的建筑”,工作待遇有所提高,但在很多老师心目中,乡村仍然欠缺吸引力。教育部教师工作司有关负责人介绍,当前中小学副高、中级职称岗位比例较低,乡村教师逆向流动限制依然存在,职业发展规划难以确定,发展通道总体相对偏窄。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">乡村教师怎么才能“下得去、留得住、教得好”?安康市教研室教研员邱俊调查认为,应该“条件留人、成就留人、环境留人”,“建议加强乡村教师周转房和基本生活设施建设,让坚守的老师们幼有所托、老有所养。”</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">职称评聘难,深为乡村教师关注。“长期在乡村学校任教的教师,职称评聘可按规定‘定向评价、定向使用’,并对高级岗位实行总量控制、比例单列,可不受所在学校岗位结构比例限制。”教育部教师工作司有关负责人介绍。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent: 2em;line-height: !important;">更多好消息也传来。日前,中办、国办印发《关于加快推进乡村人才振兴的意见》,要求加强乡村教师队伍建设,“落实城乡统一的中小学教职工编制标准”“加大乡村骨干教师培养力度”“加强乡村学校教师周转宿舍建设”都将逐渐成为现实。</span></p></section><section style="max-width: 100%;display:
