平利县大贵镇：小小中药材 引领产业发展路

border-box;">在毛坝岭村中药材种植基地里，新苗吐绿、拔节生长，村民们手脚麻利地打塘播种药用绞股蓝，一派热火朝天景象。药用绞股蓝，具有清热解毒、益气健脾、化痰止咳的作用，药用价值高，也是安康正大制药有限公司降血脂药“绞股蓝总甙片”产品的原料药。按照2021年中药材发展计划，大贵镇积极流转430亩土地打造建设毛坝岭村药用绞股蓝标准化示范园。同时，部分村民与合作社签订协议，自己栽种，基地的种植作业也吸收了部分当地群众就业，获得了良好经济和社会效应。</p></section></section><section border-box;">相邻的半边街村，几名村民正相互配合着，将准备好的段木按照大小、粗细分层排放，再将培育好的茯苓菌种用刀切片，边切边接，接的时候肉面紧贴段木，覆土5厘米，预计10个月左右便可采收。届时，当地600亩的撂荒地也将成为群众的“淘金田”。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: border-box;">为充分挖掘中药材特色资源的发展潜力，培育专业大户、农民合作社等新型中药材经营主体，发展中药材产业，今年以来，大贵镇依托得天独厚的自然资源优势，以市场为导向，加快产业结构调整步伐，将中药材规范化种植增加为巩固脱贫成果、助力乡村振兴、优化生态、增收富民的主导产业来推动和发展。3月初通过招商，引进了安康正大制药有限公司，协调裕丰食用菌种植等专业合作社，采取“党支部宣传引导＋企业辐射带动＋基地典型示范＋农户积极参与”的运营模式，引导农户或流转土地从事劳务创收，或将传统作物种植改为高效中药材种植。与此同时，该镇还先后多次邀请县农技专家讲师到镇开展中药材规范化生产知识培训，组织镇农综站技术人员到田间地头、农户院落对药农进行指导，统一技术规程、统一病虫害防治方案，保障种植技术规范化和药园管理标准化，确保全镇中药材种植任务圆满完成、产值效益顺利实现。</p></section></section><section
