border-box;">3月24日，平利县人民检察院邀请人大代表、政协委员、人民监督员等就李某某申请司法救助案召开公开听证。本次听证会由院党组成员、副检察长夏勇主持。听证会上，检察官介绍了基本案情及救助审查情况，向听证员出示了证据材料，听证员对该案的事实和证据进行评议，一致认为申请人李某某符合国家司法救助条件，同意给予国家司法救助，并表示检察机关充分运用检察职能，及时对刑事案件被害人给予司法救助，在司法为民中贡献了检察智慧、体现了检察担当、传递了检察温度。</p></section><section
